Look, toenail fungus sucks, and doctor’s appointments can be a hassle, so some people may try to use home remedies to cure their toenail fungus if that is an ailment that they have.

Here are some possible remedies for toenail fungus that you can try.  However, we have not tried any of these tips ourselves, so if you try these it is at your own discretion.

First, Vicks VapoRub has been said to improve this condition.  If it is applied daily to the affected area with a cotton swab, it can supposedly be helpful in removing toenail fungus.  WebMD has reported this.

Baking soda is also a possible solution.  While it is not able to fully combat the fungus, it can in theory keep the fungus from becoming worse.  To use this baking soda tip, soak the foot every day is a bowl with water, 4 to 5 tablespoons of baking soda, and 1 cup of vinegar.  This should hopefully work.

Apple cider vinegar is another solution that has been listed to help toenail fungus.  To use this tip to heal your toe(s), first mix a few spoons of the apple cider vinegar with water (in a 1:1 ratio).

Also add coarsely ground rice flour.  This should form a paste that can be applied to the areas of the foot with toenail fungus.

Finally, Listerine mouthwash has been said to have the ability to help with toenail fungus.  A thirty minute soak with either just mouthwash or a 1:1 ratio mix of Listerine and white vinegar could help cure the toenail fungus.

Remember, try these at your own risk, and tell us what you think of this list!
