Ingredients:


  •     1 tbsp. of lemon juice;
  •     10 ml of honey;
  •     600 ml of water.

Dosage:


  •     Morning – after jogging for at least 2km, consume the beverage and a small amount of oats/raagi soup (never sleep in the mornings);
  •     Noon – consume the drink and a fruit salad (do not sleep in the noon, too);
  •     Night – consume the drink and 2 Chapatti without oil. Sleep 1 hour after this, minimum 6 and maximum 8 hours.



The woman was initially around 77 kg and with 176 cm height, but after this, she came to 68 kg. The diet needs to be followed strictly.
