You will need the following ingredients:

  •     ½ cup white vinegar (125ml)
  •     ¼ cup of sodium bicarbonate (60g) – baking soda
  •     1 brush

Start by mixing the baking soda and white vinegar until you get a foamy mixture. Using a brush, rub this mixture on your shoes. Let it act for half an hour then wash it off with cold water.

Don’t forget the shoe laces

After washing your shoes, you can move on to washing your shoe laces. As opposed to your shoes, the laces can be easily washed in your washing machine. In order to prevent them from getting tangled with your other clothes, place them in a washing bag or a pillow case.
