Breakfast is usually the standard deal for all of us, cereals, milk and yogurt and it can become the most boring routine. We never want to experiment with breakfast and we stick to the basics. However, we’d like to offer you a recipe for a delicious and healthy breakfast which will help you start your day with loads of energy and boost weight loss and reduce inflammation at the same time.

You’ll recognize the ingredients, maybe you include them in your morning routine, but we’ll show you a new way to prepare them. Avocado Baked Eggs


  •     2 eggs
  •     1 avocado
  •     Pepper, salt, turmeric or cayenne pepper (to taste)

Preheat the oven to a 225oC. Slice the avocado into half and remove the seed to make room for the eggs. Crack the eggs and pour them in the avocado halves. Season them with your preferred spices and you’re done. Line a pan with some baking paper, place the avocado halves and put them in the oven. Cook until they’re done.
