Every woman will agree that keeping the house nice and clean is quite a challenge, but there’s nothing trickier than keeping the bathroom immaculately clean. And while most of us turn to chemical-laden commercial cleaners, there are equally, if not more, efficient natural solutions for this. Why use something full of toxins that can affect you and your family’s health, when you can make a safer, cheaper and more effective bathroom cleaner at home?

Now, when it comes to cleaning the bathroom or the kitchen, one of the most difficult things is removing the tile grout. If you also have an issue with this, here we recommend an amazing natural solution to this.

This homemade grout cleaner not only does wonders to your tiles, but it’s also very low-cost and easy to make. You only need 3 common ingredients. You probably already have in your kitchen cabinet – baking soda, lemon juice and alcohol vinegar. This natural tile grout cleaner will effectively remove the grout between the tiles  without any side effects.

You will need the following ingredients:

  •     5 liters of water
  •     ½ baking soda
  •     1/3 cups of lemon juice
  •     ¼ cup of alcohol vinegar

Directions:

Start by mixing the baking soda and water. Then, add the lemon juice and in the end, slowly pour the vinegar. There will be a minor chemical reaction – wait for this to pass, then you can use your homemade tile cleaner.

How to use it:

Use a spray bottle to store the mixture as it makes the application more convenient. Spray the mixture on your dirty tiles and leave it to act for at least half an hour. Use a sponge to scrub well. A brush will also do. The results will simply amaze you!
