This recipe has been gaining popularity over the past decade, mostly due to the fact that it has shown to be one of the best natural remedies against high cholesterol levels and hypertension. In fact, the Amish has been using it for a long time to treat a number of health issues and to improve immune system function.

Taking this recipe regularly will reduce cholesterol levels and hypertension. The method of preparation is very simple.

What you need:

  •     1 garlic clove (grated)
  •     1 tsp. lemon juice
  •     1 piece of ginger (grated)
  •     1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  •     1 tsp. organic honey

What you do:

Mix all the ingredients until well blended, then refrigerate for 5 days.

Ideally you should take the mixture before breakfast and dinner, but make sure you never take it more than three times in one day. You should feel the results in only a week; a simple blood test will show that your cholesterol levels have been reduced. The remedy will also normalize your blood pressure.
