The one of the most effective ways is to take a tablespoon of coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth for 15- 20 minutes and then you just need to brush your teeth as you usually do. The results are amazing.

Recipe 1: Strawberries and Baking Soda

Prepare a mixture of strawberries and baking soda. Crush the strawberries and add one teaspoon of baking soda. Use this mixture to brush your teeth.

Note: You shouldn’t use this treatment more than once or twice a week.

Recipe 2: Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda

You will need baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Mix the ingredients until you get a mixture which looks like toothpaste. Then brush your teeth with the mixture.

Note: Don’t use this mixture too often as the soda is acidic and can damage the tooth enamel (if you do it more than 1-2 a week).

Tip 3: Olive oil

Add a pinch of table salt on your toothpaste before brushing teeth and they will be whiter than before.

Add milk in your coffee and tea. Besides the fact that milk contains calcium, milk reduces the stains caused by coffee or teeth.

Reduce the intake of caffeine and tea as well as energy drinks, which contain a lot of sugar that is proven to be quite harmful.
