If you happen to live in an area where mosquitoes are invading and will not spare your skin, then you already know how disturbingly painful the scratch can get. Not only you can get a disease via their bites, but also that might end up with terrible complications and sometimes death. You should be very careful and knowing the following home remedies would only help you. So next time you would feel like scratching that little red dot that a mosquito left you with, just remember to use some of the following remedies to stop it. This way you would soothe your pain and you would also save some money on over the counter medicine. The following are some natural and home remedies that happen to work.

1. Milk and water

Mix the two liquids in a glass and dip a cloth inside. Gently pass with the dipped cloth over the places where you have mosquito bites. Rub gently. It would soothe the pain and the urge for scratching will be gone.

2. Ice

It would be enough just one ice cube for passing over the pain stop. The ice is a well known cure for swollen skin spots. Just stick the ice cube over the spot and hold there for a while.
