Sometimes a simple drink can refresh you the most and also help reduce the fat deposits accumulated in the key spots on your body.



To make one such drink, you will need:
  1. 8 glasses of water
  2. 1 spoon of grated ginger
  3. 1 medium-sized fresh cucumber1 medium-sized fresh cucumber
  4. 1 medium-sized lemon, cut into pieces
  5. 12 leaves of mint

  • You will first have to mix the indicated ingredients with water.
  • Leave the mixture during the night so that the ingredients can discharge their aromas.
