Overnight Oats: Weight Loss Breakfast in 30Sec

Ingredients:

  • 50gm of  rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Blueberries or blackberries or raspberries or any of your favorite fresh fruit.



Method/direction:

  1. Mix your oats milk and vanilla extract along with maple syrup into your container and stir through. Make sure container only ¾ full as it will plump a little.
  2. Add up Chia seeds.
  3. Top up berries or your favorite fresh fruits along with flaked almonds.
  4. Leave the jar in the fridge overnight.
  5. The next morning, remove from the fridge and enjoy!
